Editing: With each package, we trust that your book is basically ready, needing only minimal editing. The Tier III Package includes one read through. We will copy edit and do some lite editing, up to 75,000 words or 200-220 pages or less. I will work with you, 1:1 to create the book of your dreams. If we have concerns regarding the readiness of the manuscript, we will consult with you before we move ahead. See the Options page for more information about content editing.

Three rounds of revisions: Word alterations and corrections. We’ll send a .PDF with suggested changes for your approval. We want to make sure you are conveying your thoughts and connecting with your audience. If there are more than 100 corrections with the last round of revisions, we will charge $125 per hour until everything is correct.

Consultation: Four (4)  hours of one to one time with a staff editor. PLUS: A one-year membership to the NarratusCollective. A group of authors and creatives that meet once a month via Zoom to collaborate, encourage and share with one another.

Paperback Trim Size: Any paperback trim size.

ISBN, BARCODE, LCCN & COPYRIGHT: A Bowker issued ISBN is a book industry requirement for distribution and retail sales. Tier II includes an ISBN, a barcode on the back cover of the book and we will file your book with the Library of Congress and file your copyright for you. 

Unlimited Distribution: Your book can literally be sold and read around the world using the global distribution network of Ingram Distribution which includes retailers such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Target and thousands more. 

One printed proof: Before we publish your book we will send one proof copy to look over and approve. Any changes beyond typos after this proof will alter the package. Additional editing is $125 per hour.

Standard Interior Book Formatting

Cover: Custom, full color, professional cover design, based on consultation with the author. Two choices and two rounds of art revisions are included for the cover.

Images: Insert up to 20 images in the interior of your book. 

Book Copies: You’ll receive 10 copies of your book! You can order author copies also. See the Options for details.

Professionally designed Marketing Materials: Sell Sheet, Bookmark, Postcard & Business Cards, 100 each. These marketing pieces will include: Your books cover image and a brief summary, a photo of the Author (if you choose), your credentials and contact information or event information. Use sell sheets and other material to promote your title to bookstores, libraries, retail outlets, businesses, non-profits, schools, an organizations.

YOU OWN YOUR BOOK:  We don’t want the rights. We have a standard contract and terms of service agreement detailing this.

DISTRIBUTION EARNINGS: We pay authors their earnings (less a .03% processing fee on total) within 30 days of receipt from the Distributor.
